Pam Mitchell is a wife of 49 years to Rev. Dennis Mitchell, Executive Director of the National African-American Fellowship and former pastor. She is the mother of three adult daughters (three sons-in love) and five grandchildren. She finds joy in discovering spiritual Ah-ha moments in God’s Word and eagerly sharing those insights with others. She enjoys encouraging others through her writing, always sharing a song to further encourage her readers. Pam also enjoys traveling, shopping for unique finds and spending time with family and friends. She is the Founder of the National African-American Fellowship First Ladies Network, officially established in June 2023.
Robin L. Burns | NFLN Co-Leader
Robin L. Burns is married to Dr. Anthony D. Burns, her husband of 33 years. They have two adult sons, one daughter-in-love, and two granddaughters. She loves spending time with God as well as traveling with and spending time with family and friends. She is a retired teacher of 23 years, proudly nurturing elementary school students. She is an author of a children’s book, co-author of a marriage book, and proprietor of an apparrel line in addition to serving as a first lady for 30 years at Jericho Church Without Walls, Milwaukee, WI.
Peggy Alexander | NFLN Treasurer
Peggy L. Alexander is married to Dr. Lyman Alexander, a mother to three grown children, as well as a grandmother of four. She has devoted her life to Christian education and finance, finding her greatest joy in teaching the Word of God. After a successful 37-year career in banking, Peggy retired and is now enjoying her passions for travel and spending quality time with her family, especially her beloved grandchildren.
